Impact Coaches helped a large, multinational professional services firm address morale issues between three of their offices.
The challenge
One of the firm’s practices experienced issues among its people across three offices. The partners didn’t support one another, employees survey results were low, and the turnover rate was high. The firm appointed a new leader, who needed to assess the situation quickly.
The approach
- Conducted a series of in-depth interviews by levels across the three offices.
- Consolidated the findings in a report.
- Debriefed the leader on findings, highlighting top concerns and recommendations.
- Held a team session to begin addressing the key areas of development.
The results
We helped strengthen the leadership capabilities of the leaders across the practice. We also increased the leaders’ and managers’ ability to solve their own issues and work more effectively together. And we helped the practice establish a plan and sustain that plan over the next year.
