The Impact Timeline

2003 – Then

The start of Impact-Coaches Inc.

We land our first contract with 20+ leaders at a large professional service firm.

2004 – 2007

We expand our footprint into the US.

We diversify our client list.

Impact hires 5-6 coaches to deliver the work.

2008 – 2010

We experience some hard times when the recession hits.

We rise above our challenges and continue on.

We invest more into growing our business by building our coach roster and home team.

We start to improve our marketing.

2011 – 2014

We ramp up our business development and coaching process.

We professionalize our operations and marketing.

We start getting known for our innovative large coaching programs.

2015 – Now

We now have a reputable brand, well-known in North America.

We have a client list of 60+ organizations and deliver multiple programs every year.

Our coach roster includes 30+ coaches across North America and we have a home team of 10+ full-time and part-time employees.

We have a home office and are working on making it ‘state of the art’.
