New Partner Coaching Program: Optimize the success of new leaders in their first year

Impact Coaches worked with a multinational professional services firm with a cohort of new leaders.
The challenge
The firm wanted to set their new leaders up for success. They needed their leaders to operate at the C-suite level, collaborate with each other, and cross-sell across practice areas and functions – from the start. They also wanted a consistent, national approach to accelerate the leaders’ development.
The approach
- Conducted individual assessments for each new leader, including an in-depth 360 interview process and personality inventory.
- Helped the leaders devise their own, unique development plans and begin actioning them.
- Led individual and group coaching sessions by region.

The program has been running for five years. The cohort size has increased each year, averaging 50 to 70 new partners/year.
