Healthcare CEO and executive team coaching: Working together more effectively and supporting each other in an environment of high change

The CEO of a healthcare organization wanted to develop her skillset and that of her senior leadership team at a challenging time in the industry.
The challenge
The organization was undergoing significant structural investments, which made for a dynamic operating environment for the CEO and senior leadership team. The CEO wanted to elevate her performance to help see the organization through this time of high structural change, determine who was best suited to support her in key roles on the senior leadership team, and identify and develop potential successors.
The approach
Over the course of one year, Impact provided one-on-one executive coaching for the CEO, and led four senior leadership team sessions to help the team work together, connect around shared values, and manage change more effectively.
The results
The CEO is more confident in her ability to lead the organization in the midst of this challenging environment. The team is learning to understand each other better, use their shared values to enhance their personal connections, and work together more effectively, especially under the pressure of high change.
Each member of the executive team including the CEO is more committed to showing up in the right way, and successfully navigating their roles for the benefit of each other and the organization.
