CEO coaching: Leading and thriving in the challenging healthcare industry

A seasoned executive was one of several candidates being considered by the Board for the CEO position at a large and complex healthcare organization. The Board was looking for an innovative and forward-looking candidate to transform healthcare, and the internal candidate wanted to elevate her performance to prepare for the CEO selection process and the potential new role as CEO.

While a strong candidate from a culture and operations perspective, the candidate needed to enhance her leadership capabilities to ensure the selection committee could see the significant value she could bring to the CEO role.
