Our coaches work with your large cohort of new partners one-on-one and in groups for 6 to 12 months – and often, even beyond. In fact, we work with many of our New Partner Coaching clients for up to 10 years, helping them develop and evolve throughout their careers and deliver the performance their organizations need.
Individual Coaching – Help your new partners uncover what they need to work on most to achieve their goals and execute a custom plan to get them there.
Group Coaching – Ensure your new partners network and learn from each other, help each other through similar challenges and evolve together as leaders.
