Every coaching engagement – whether with teams or individuals – starts with a needs analysis. That’s where our project management and support team learns about what you want to achieve and explores the challenges you’re facing. We use that information to design the right solution and match your individuals or teams to the coaches that will help them reach their full potential. And we share your insights with the coaches so they’re completely aligned and can support the objectives we’ve agreed on.
Providing valuable insights every step of the way
Our project management and support team then meets with you regularly throughout the coaching program, with a frequency that works best for you. If we’re coaching a team, we connect with the coaches first to discuss your team’s progress, and then provide you with a status update based on the coaches’ insights. Our coaches always maintain confidentiality and only outline general themes and any challenges they’re seeing from the team overall.
These regular check ins help ensure we’re meeting the agreed upon objectives for your individuals or teams. And it can go much further. Because our coaches gain a unique and valuable line of sight into your people and organization, they provide general insights through our project management and support team that can inform your talent strategy and other development programs – and even help enhance your whole organization.
Ensuring you’re an equal partner in your team’s evolution
If our coaches identify a particular development theme, say, executive presence, communication skills, or delegating, our project management and support team will let you know during the status updates.
Our team ensures you feel connected to the program, are an equal partner in elevating the individuals or teams, and you have the tools you need to directly impact your organization’s performance.
For example, we recently coached an executive team where each individual felt the company’s strategic priorities were something different. Our project management and support team shared this insight back to the CEO, which influenced him to hire a Chief Operating Officer to help the executive team align on the company’s strategic priorities.
Helping you strengthen organizational performance immediately
After the first three months of a team or group coaching program we also provide you with a comprehensive “Themes Report”, updating you on the program’s timing and progress, sharing general assessment themes including strengths and development areas, and offering an overview of the program’s next steps.
Organizations find the reports valuable because they provide a robust overview in real time about the progress the team is making toward the goals set at the start of the program.
Sponsors discover insights they can start to use right away to help strengthen the team’s performance and benefit the organization immediately.
Our project managers and support team also manage our coaches, including the program budget, delivery and quality, so you don’t have to. And they contribute to proposals and attend regular sponsor calls, so they’re part of your client service team from start to finish.
