The challenge

The firm wanted to set their new leaders up for success. They needed their leaders to operate at the C-suite level, collaborate with each other, and cross-sell across practice areas and functions – from the start. They also wanted a consistent, national approach to accelerate the leaders’ development.


The approach

  • Conducted individual assessments for each new leader, including an in-depth 360 interview process and personality inventory.
  • Helped the leaders devise their own, unique development plans and begin actioning them.
  • Led individual and group coaching sessions by region.

The results

The program has been running for five years. The cohort size has increased each year, averaging 50 to 70 new partners/year.
