High Potential Coaching Program: Accelerate top talent and firmly establish a mentoring culture

Impact Coaches worked with a group of high-potentials at a large multinational professional services firm to prepare them for partnership and help grow the practice.
The challenge
The firm needed the high potentials to operate at the C-suite level, and cross-sell across practice areas and functions. They also wanted to ensure the high-potentials were well supported, and the firm needed a mentorship program to help their internal mentors develop their high potentials quickly.
The approach
We conducted individual assessments, helped the high potentials create development plans, and provided individual coaching and mentoring, and peer group coaching.
The results
- The program has been running for 9 years.
- It expanded into Latin America in its 7th
- We’ve worked with 350+ managing directors.
- 85% to 90% of participants were promoted to partner while in the program.
