Team Coaching Program: Support through a leadership change

Impact Coaches helped a practice group transition to a new leader, assess leadership capabilities, and elevate members to step up and step into new roles – all with a goal of accelerating the team’s overall development.

A practice group within a large professional service firm experienced a destabilizing departure of a long-time leader and the team hadn’t been sufficiently developed to step into leadership roles. A new leader was asked to take on the group and create a more sustainable leadership team for the large and growing practice.

Individual Coaching helped each team member:
