Team Coaching Program: Enhancing the sales capabilities of top client teams and their leaders

Impact Coaches helped a multinational professional services firm boost the sales performance of the client teams and leaders for their most valuable clients.
The challenge
The client teams and leaders of the firm’s top clients had aggressive sales targets. The sales experience among the teams and leaders was mixed. Although the firm offered sales training, the teams and leaders didn’t receive support to help make the shifts and execute on what they learned. Finally, most of the leaders didn’t know how to leverage their teams effectively to lead them all to success.
The approach
- Conducted individual and team assessments of each top client team and leader.
- Helped each individual and team create development plans so they had goals and understood the steps to achieve them.
- Provided individual and team coaching to support the teams and leaders through the transition to the new sales strategy.
The results
The program was a success and the organization cascaded the approach down to the level below, so even more teams could benefit. As well:
