Over 20 years at a large international technology company, Sarah Smith held numerous executive roles in which she was directly responsible for Key Client Accounts, Enterprise-Wide Sales Programs, P&Ls and Sales Quotas. She has worked mergers, acquisitions and restructurings; hired, lead global change initiatives and performance managed. She has routinely led customer account teams out of operational and client satisfaction crises, into profitable growth.
Her combination of Engineering degree, MBA and vast, executive business background provides coaching uniquely effective in developing leaders evolving from technical/subject matter experts into people, team and organizational leaders. An experienced Sales Leader herself; Sarah develops executive presence, selling and leadership competencies that result in client growth and organization success. Having herself navigated and led organizational changes and through industry disruptions, Sarah connects with clients by quickly understanding the challenging context in which they operate, bringing perspective to their development as a leader. Sarah applies proven Neuroscience and Positive Psychology coaching methodologies such that clients quickly reap the benefits of these sound and practical approaches.

Sarah Smith has a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queen’s University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She holds an Applied Positive Psychology Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC). She is certified in the EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. Sarah has also trained extensively in The Challenger Sales Methodology, including Certification in Coaching to the Challenger.
Sarah has been an active community leader for nearly 2 decades, including serving as Board President for Yorktown Family Services and Vice-Chair at the Toronto District School Boards FSL Advisory Committee. In 2012, Sarah received the Dan Goldberg Award for Outstanding Voluntary Community service.
