Marjorie Poitras has been a global leader in Business Strategy and Performance, Human Resource Management and Operations for over 20 years. She has served as Senior Vice President for one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. Over the course of her career, she has put her leadership to work to meet key organizational transformation and change management mandates. With a collaborative approach where people are placed at the heart of business, she knows how to think outside the box to innovate and accelerate the achievement of results. A visionary and committed business woman, her managerial courage and communication skills set her apart.
For nearly ten years, Marjorie has shared her leadership and organizational development expertise with business and academic coachees through a variety of conferences and interviews. She also shared her expertise and collaborated on the book, Inspiring Managers. The relationships she builds with her coachees allows for a strong partnership that promotes development and transformation in a climate of trust. Her approach is based on a rigorous process that allows the exploration of new perspectives and the implementation of durable solutions.
Marjorie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in change management. She also holds a professional coaching degree from Coaching de gestion school, a certified facilitator for Coaching Ourselves, Nova Profile and TED* (The Empowerment Dynamic. Marjorie is a member of the Quebec Association of Women in Finance and the International Coach Federation (ICF), where she is involved in developing a community of coaches.
