Mari-Lynn followed her passion to help and coach people within all levels of an organization and became a full-time Executive Coach in late 2013 with Impact-Coaches. Mari-Lynn held senior leadership roles with high growth technology and marketing services companies. She has over 20 years of experience coaching individuals from different generations, backgrounds and seniority levels. She has led teams from 5 to 250 employees.

Mari-Lynn is known as a transformational leader with extensive cross-functional business experience in Human Resources, Operations and Logistics, Sales, Account Management and Technology. She successfully led large scale initiatives inside her own companies as well as for some of the largest companies in Canada. Her roles included strategy, execution and change management, all the while using a natural coaching style and ability to empower success. In her role as the lead of human resources, she was responsible for the leadership and development strategy and leading the charge on building a client-first and best and brightest culture. Mari-Lynn’s coachees appreciate her diverse business background and how she uses her natural coaching abilities as part of the coaching process to challenge and shift their thinking around leadership development, client management and operational leadership.

Mari-Lynn holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics specializing in Operations Research and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. She is also an ACC accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, a Hogan leadership inventory practitioner and certified in the Birkman Method and Team Management Profile.
