She has facilitated and elevated leadership and communication strategies for technology companies in rapid growth and change as well as for global investment firms requiring a transformation in culture. Her breadth of business experience includes delivering coaching and facilitation to the health industry, engineering firms, privately owned companies, government, and hundreds of professional services business owners.

Jody attended Simon Fraser University in the Bachelor of Education program and has a diploma in Kinesiology. She is a certified C-IQ Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation through the World Business Executive Coach organization. In addition, she is a certified leadership coach with the GAIA Leadership Project with a specialization in Women’s Leadership. She is also a certified Medical Exercise Specialist with the American Council of Exercise and certified in Mental Health First Aid in Canada. Committed to serving her community, Jody has volunteered as a speaker, mentor, coach, and support crew for the following initiatives: Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce, Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, The Vancouver Board of Trade, YMCA Power of Peace of Awards, North Shore Women’s Centre, and Create Change Foundation.
