Jennifer Card is a leadership coach and organization development consultant. She is a member of the ICF, the Canadian Psychology Association, and a board member of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association. Prior to coaching, Jennifer was a successful entrepreneur, marketing consultant, event manager, and athletic instructor. Jennifer organized and led Bermuda’s first Entrepreneurial Leadership Conference centered on strengths and challenges for innovation; topics broadly ranged from Fintech to Tourism, as well as the socio-economic impact of youth gang violence. Jennifer holds an MSc. in Applied Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and is a doctoral student in Leadership Psychology at William James College in Boston. Her dissertation focuses on the positive impact of mindfulness and self-awareness on leadership development.
