Amrita’s professional background includes over 18 years of experience in leadership, organizational development and executive coaching. Amrita specializes in co-creating strategic solutions to build organizational capacity aligned to the business priorities. Prior to beginning her journey as a coach, Amrita held executive level roles within various organizations in the financial services industry.

Amrita is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has over 1,500 hours of coaching experience. She leverages her facilitation and coaching skills to support high potential leaders and teams focus on high-impact business objectives. She has supported leaders across levels, from senior managers to VPs in various industries to achieve their personal and organizational growth goals. At Impact, Amrita leads the talent development strategy to ensure a healthy roster of highly skilled coaches with a variety of industry and coaching specializations. She also facilitates advanced sessions to deepen the coaching capability of the coaches and to build a community.

Amrita is a provocative thought-leader and is actively involved in community work. In her role as the Board of Director for ICF Toronto, she plays a critical role in overseeing and executing on the strategic learning and development initiatives. She is also actively involved in corporate outreach and leads Internal Coaches Round-Table forums to further develop internal coaching capability for organizations. She is an ICF Mentor Coach and facilitates mentor coaching sessions to help coaches achieve their ICF certification and credentials. She also offers her time to various charitable organization like Cherie Blair Foundation (UK), Canadian Women Chamber of Commerce and Rainbow Railroads by taking on pro-bono coaching engagements. Amrita has been a key-note speaker on professional development topics organized by various organizations like The Institute for Performance and Learning, University of Toronto and Access Employment. Amrita has been published by Thrive Global and has been featured on The Coaching Show podcast.

Amrita holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree and a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance and Learning, Canada. She is certified in several assessment tools, including Hogan, Birkman, MBTI, FIRO-B and Team Management Profile.
