Sandra launched Impact-Coaches Inc in 2003. Her objective was to create an organization built around helping people excel at work. Impact has grown to serve large multi-national corporate clients across the globe.
Sandra’s professional background includes 25 years of experience coaching senior executives, including 17 years in Corporate HR leadership roles across North America. In her past senior HR roles, she successfully built and developed an experienced recruitment team, managed the creation and development of the full senior HR team, and oversaw the implementation of the HR intranet and HRIS system. Sandra is an experienced business person and a certified coach who works strategically with Impact’s most senior clients and their teams. Sandra leads the most strategic talent programs and works with leaders and business units to develop effective succession plan strategies and evaluate future success.
Mari-Lynn followed her passion to help and coach people within all levels of an organization and became a full-time Executive Coach in late 2013 with Impact-Coaches. Mari-Lynn held senior leadership roles with high growth technology and marketing services companies. She has over 20 years of experience coaching individuals from different generations, backgrounds and seniority levels. She has led teams from 5 to 250 employees.
Amrita’s professional background includes over 18 years of experience in leadership, organizational development and executive coaching. Amrita specializes in co-creating strategic solutions to build organizational capacity aligned to the business priorities. Prior to beginning her journey as a coach, Amrita held executive level roles within various organizations in the financial services industry.
Over 20 years at a large international technology company, Sarah Smith held numerous executive roles in which she was directly responsible for Key Client Accounts, Enterprise-Wide Sales Programs, P&Ls and Sales Quotas. She has worked mergers, acquisitions and restructurings; hired, lead global change initiatives and performance managed. She has routinely led customer account teams out of operational and client satisfaction crises, into profitable growth.
Dana has over a decade of experience consulting and coaching in some of the largest organizations across North America. She has worked in one of the big four professional services firms and as an independent consultant running her own business.
Lisa is an experienced business executive who has held senior leadership roles in technology, professional services and insurance organizations. With over 25 years of experience, she has led sales, technology and consulting teams to deliver breakthrough results.
Sophie Tanguay has worked as a Leadership Coach for the past 14 years. She works with executives, high potential and emerging leaders, as well as professional level coachees across many industries and functional disciplines.
For more than 30 years Carl has been a coach, Senior Executive, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, in four countries and on three continents. Over those years he developed a reputation as an agent of change and a turn-around expert.
Industry leader Jane Mason has over 20 years of experience in consulting and coaching with some of the world’s largest organizations. Jane worked as a Partner in a strategy consulting firm, working with senior executives in international professional services firms to help resolve strategic, organizational, and leadership challenges.

Margaret James is a seasoned coach and business veteran with over 20 years of experience leading teams to implement strategic projects in corporate and entrepreneurial settings. She developed these skills as a management consultant and a senior leader for global consumer product and research firms.

Cate Gregory is a senior coach and consultant with 25 years of experience in Executive Coaching, Project Management, Change Management, Systems Implementation, Business Process Improvement, Strategy Alignment and Organizational Studies and Analyses. She was a Senior Principal at The Clearing providing executive coaching and strategy consulting to leaders across the federal government.
Jennifer Card is a leadership coach and organization development consultant. She is a member of the ICF, the Canadian Psychology Association, and a board member of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association. Prior to coaching, Jennifer was a successful entrepreneur, marketing consultant, event manager, and athletic instructor. Jennifer organized and led Bermuda’s first Entrepreneurial Leadership Conference centered on strengths and challenges for innovation; topics broadly ranged from Fintech to Tourism, as well as the socio-economic impact of youth gang violence. Jennifer holds an MSc. in Applied Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and is a doctoral student in Leadership Psychology at William James College in Boston. Her dissertation focuses on the positive impact of mindfulness and self-awareness on leadership development.
