A few details about the role:

The Practice Lead for Team Coaching will be responsible for continuing to evolve and innovate Impact’s Team Coaching approach and methodology.  This role will collaborate significantly with the Assessment Practice Lead, the Quality Practice Lead, the Business Development Coaches, and will report into to the Practice Leader for Coaching.  We are looking for someone who can help us push the boundaries of what we offer to our customers and push the thinking on Team Coaching so that we continue to create important “impact” for leadership teams across our customer base.  If you are creative, innovative, courageous and are passionate about team coaching and the development of coaches, this role could be a great fit for you.

In this role you will be required to deliver Team Coaching projects and you will also contribute significantly to expanding our footprint with current and new customers in the area of Team Coaching.  As a result, you will lead business development pursuits and collaborate greatly with our Business Development Team.

Qualifications & Attributes
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience, preferably in leadership positions.
  • A university degree is required. Coaching accreditation is a must. Graduate degree(s), and assessment certification(s) are an asset.
  • Team player who likes to collaborate and share ideas with others.
  • A leader who has the ability to align, enable, develop and engage other coaches to bring their best to team coaching. Creates a safe zone for challenging the thinking on team coaching.
  • Extensive experience in delivering senior leadership team coaching. Passionate about the field. Demonstrates genuine curiosity to support clients on their goals and objectives.
  • Highly trustworthy, loyal and committed to a high level of integrity.
  • Highly professional with a strong focus on service excellence and quality.
  • Communicates effectively with clients on a timely basis and demonstrates honesty and respect in all interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to lead and execute projects on time with attention to detail.
  • Well-networked. Enjoys building relationships with others and contribute to driving successful growth for the organization.
  • Experience with business development and/or existing coaching client base considered an asset.
  • Coaching on team client assignments.
  • Collaborating on new product development and service offerings to best meet our current and potential clients’ needs.
  • Reviewing and evolving our team coaching assessment methodology.
  • Attending regular team meetings and technical sessions.
  • Deepening existing client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the client relationships while working in partnership with our business development team.
  • Leveraging and collaborating with other Impact coaches to ensure the absolute best work is done for the client.
