Dana has over a decade of experience consulting and coaching in some of the largest organizations across North America. She has worked in one of the big four professional services firms and as an independent consultant running her own business. She specializes in helping senior leaders and leadership teams resolve their most pressing organizational and leadership challenges, enact effective change in their organizations and drive performance towards strategic objectives. Using a variety of assessment approaches and tools, Dana helps clients understand their strengths, high leverage opportunities and critical gaps, and works with them to create tangible action plans to achieve their goals.
Dana holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Managing People and Organizations from Carleton University. She is a certified Solution-Focused Coach through the University of Toronto and is a certified Myers Briggs, TMP, Birkman and Hogan Leadership Inventory Practitioner.
