Dana has a decade of experience as a management consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness initiatives, change management, leadership alignment and team effectiveness. She has worked in a professional services firm and as an independent consultant running her own business. Her clients have spanned across industries, including Energy & Resources, Financial Services, Public Sector and Professional Services. Through her engagements she has advised individuals and teams across a variety of seniority levels on how to effectively enact change and drive performance towards strategic objectives.
Dana holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Managing People and Organizations from Carleton University. She is a certified Solution-Focused Coach through the University of Toronto and is a certified Myers Briggs and Hogan Leadership Inventory Practitioner.
