Amrita’s professional background includes over 16 years of experience in learning, organizational development and executive coaching. Amrita designs and implements strategic solutions to build organizational capacity aligned to the business priorities. Prior to beginning her journey as a coach, Amrita held progressive roles with various organizations in the financial services industry.

Amrita is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has over 1,500 hours of coaching experience. She leverages her facilitation and coaching skills to support high potential leaders and teams focus on objectives with the greatest business impact. She works at all levels from senior leaders to managers in various industries to achieve their personal and organizational growth goals. At Impact, Amrita leads the talent management strategy and oversees the coach pipeline to ensure we have the best-in-class coaches with a variety of industry and coaching specializations in our roster. She also develops the technical depth of coaching through the planning and facilitation of technical sessions aimed to enhance our coaches’ areas of expertise and build a community of coaches.

Amrita actively positions herself as a thought leader in the coaching industry and is involved in community work . She is also the Board of Director for ICF Toronto chapter where she plays a critical role in overseeing and executing on the strategic learning and development initiatives. She acts as a mentor coach and runs group mentor coaching sessions to help coaches achieve their ICF certification and credentials. She also generously offers her time to various charitable organization like Cherie Blair Foundation (UK), Canadian Women Chamber of Commerce and Rainbow Railroads by taking on pro-bono coaching clients. Amrita has spoken at several events on professional development topics organized by The Institute for Performance and Learning, and University of Toronto and Access Employment, and has been published online in Thrive Global.

Amrita holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree. She is a certified Birkman, Team Management Profile, MBTI, FIRO-B and Hogan leadership inventory practitioner. Amrita holds a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from Institute for Performance and Learning, Canada.
