Allison delivers coaching at Impact, where she helps professionals with their resumes, networking, and interview skills, along with overall career development. Allison previously worked in Human Resources in the professional services industry as an HR Advisor. She has experience consulting on employee relations matters; performance appraisal and compensation; recruitment and onboarding; along with a number of other HR-related programs and initiatives for firms.
In her role as Coaching Specialist at Impact, she also supports the coaches on their client work by creating toolkits, handbooks, and resources. She develops the technical depth of coaching through the planning and facilitation of technical sessions aimed at enhancing the coaches’ areas of expertise.
Allison has a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from the University of Toronto. She is certified to administer the psychometric assessment, the Birkman Method and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She has also completed a coaching course and received her coaching training certificate through the HR Coaching Institute. Her work has been published in psychology journals as well as being presented at conferences.
