Sandra Oliver

Bio:

Determined to create a coaching business that was different, in 2003 Sandra launched Sandra Oliver Consulting, now Impact-Coaches Inc. Her professional background includes 20 years of experience coaching senior executives, including 17 years in Corporate HR leadership roles across North America.

Sandra holds a BA in Organizational Behaviour (University of Western Ontario), a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (University of Toronto), and a MBA (Ivey School of Business). She is also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, a Hogan leadership inventory practitioner and certified in the Team Management Profile. She shares her expertise by writing featured articles for CareerVision, the former CA Magazine and the Conference Board of Canada, and conducting Webinars for CPA Canada on career development.
