Determined to create a coaching business that was different, in 2003 Sandra launched Sandra Oliver Consulting, now Impact-Coaches Inc. Her professional background includes 20 years of experience coaching senior executives, including 17 years in Corporate HR leadership roles across North America.
Sandra holds a BA in Organizational Behaviour (University of Western Ontario), a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (University of Toronto), and a MBA (Ivey School of Business). She is also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, a Hogan leadership inventory practitioner and certified in the Team Management Profile.
