Determined to create a coaching business that was different, in 2003 Sandra launched Sandra Oliver Consulting, now Impact-Coaches Inc. Her professional background includes 20 years of experience coaching senior executives, including 17 years in Corporate HR leadership roles across North America.
Sandra holds a BA in Organizational Behaviour (University of Western Ontario), a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources (University of Toronto), and a MBA (Ivey School of Business). She is also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation, a Hogan leadership inventory practitioner and certified in the Team Management Profile. She shares her expertise by writing featured articles for CareerVision, the former CA Magazine and the Conference Board of Canada, and conducting Webinars for CPA Canada on career development. Sandra has also been honoured in the 15th annual PROFIT/Chatelaine ranking of Canada’s Top Female Entrepreneur-run firms for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Sandra was formerly involved as Chair of the Board and Honorary Board of Dress for Success Toronto and helped completely turn around this organization that serves 1,300 underprivileged women and 800 men.
Mari-Lynn followed her passion to help and coach people within all levels of an organization and became a full-time Executive Coach in late 2013 with Impact-Coaches. Mari-Lynn held senior leadership roles with high growth technology and marketing services companies. She has over 20 years of experience coaching individuals from different generations, backgrounds and seniority levels. She has led teams from 5 to 250 employees.
Amrita’s professional background includes over 18 years of experience in leadership, organizational development and executive coaching.
